Routine Gynecology

From adolescent gynecology to the management of menopause they routine gynecological care for a variety of conditions, including abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), infertility, and gynecological cancers (cervical, endometrial, ovarian, uterine).
In addition to our main campus, The Woman's Hospital of Texas has board-certified OB/GYNS in community-based Woman's Health clinic locations throughout the Houston area. Woman’s Health offers a range of services, from routine to follow-up care, including but are not limited to: annual exam, contraception consultation, STD testing, pelvic pain, infertility and fertility concerns, and obstetrical visits.
Urogynecology
The Woman’s Hospital of Texas is one of the few hospitals in the country to offer specialty care in urogynecology. Urogynecology is a subspecialty within obstetrics and gynecology that treats women with pelvic floor disorders.
Our hospital is one of only six in the nation to offer a "Center of Excellence" for Continence Care In Women. Our Center of Excellence focuses on restoring quality of life to patients and is staffed by board-certified physicians, physical and occupational therapists, and nurses who are specially trained in treating pelvic floor disorders. Nearly all of which, can be corrected through behavioral physical therapy, surgery, or medication.

A leader in gynecological surgery, The Woman's Hospital of Texas is a designated Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology (COEMIG) and Robotic Surgery (COERS).
We offer minimally-invasive surgical solutions, which may provide benefits such as less blood loss, less pain medication, less scarring, and faster recovery. Some of our minimally-invasive, outpatient, and robotic surgical procedures include diagnostic laparoscopy, hysterectomy, endometrial ablation, and tubal ligation.
