Peter M. Lotze, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lotze was the first fellowship-trained, board-certified urogynecologist to establish a practice in Houston. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of female pelvic health and urinary incontinence. His interests include prolapse (cystocele, rectocele, uterine/vaginal prolapse), urinary incontinence, irritative bladder symptoms (frequency, urgency), urinary retention, recurrent bladder infections, and painful bladder syndrome (also called interstitial cystitis). With each patient, Dr. Lotze thoroughly reviews treatment options that include both medical and surgical management. He encourages his patients to choose treatment options appropriate for their quality of life.

Ginger N. Cathey, MD, FACOG

Dr. Cathey is a board-certified urogynecologist and pelvic reconstructive surgeon. As a urogynecologist, Dr. Cathey's practice treats overactive bladder (urinary urgency and frequency), emptying disorders (difficulty urinating), and other bladder disorders, including urinary incontinence. Testing available through our office includes cystoscopy, ultrasound, urodynamics testing, and electrodiagnostic testing (EMG) of the pelvic floor.

Kimberly Miller-Miles, MD, FACOG

Dr. Miller-Miles is a board-certified gynecologist and fellowship-trained urogynecologist and pelvic reconstructive surgeon. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of female pelvic health and urinary incontinence. Her interests include prolapse (cystocele, rectocele, uterine/vaginal prolapse), urinary incontinence, irritative bladder symptoms (frequency, urgency), urinary retention, recurrent bladder infections, and painful bladder syndrome (also called interstitial cystitis). Dr. Miller-Miles recommends treatment options appropriate for each patient’s quality of life.

Hilaire Wood Fisher, MD, FACOG

Dr. Hilaire Wood Fisher is a board-certified urogynecologist and pelvic reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Fisher specializes in advanced reconstructive gynecologic surgery and the evaluation and treatment of pelvic floor disorders. Dr. Fisher advocates educating women about pelvic floor dysfunction and strives to diagnose and treat patients using minimally-invasive medical and surgical techniques for urinary incontinence, childbirth and pregnancy related PFD, fistula repair, pelvic organ prolapse, voiding dysfunction, overactive bladder, recurrent urinary tract infection, interstitial cystitis (painful bladder syndrome), pelvic pain, and health conditions affecting sexual intimacy.

Nina Dereska, MD, FACOG

Dr. Dereska is a board-certified urogynecologist and pelvic reconstructive surgeon. Her practice includes diagnosis and management of urinary incontinence (stress incontinence, urge incontinence, mixed incontinence), overactive bladder (urinary urgency/frequency, nocturia), bladder emptying disorders, and other bladder disorders. Dr. Dereska treats pelvic organ prolapse of the uterus, bladder, rectum, and vagina. Pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic fistulas (abnormal connections between the bladder and vagina, or the rectum and vagina) are usually managed with surgery, though non-surgical options for mild pelvic organ prolapse are available.
