Since 1976, The Woman's Hospital of Texas has been dedicated to the health of women and newborns. We believe excellent people make excellence happen. The Woman's Hospital of Texas is a 403-bed premier facility providing a range of specialty women's services, including breast care, labor and delivery, maternal fetal care, and urogynecology. We have a Level IV neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) that provides the highest level of care for premature babies and are a designated Level IV Maternal hospital. We also have the area's only March of Dimes NICU Family Support program with two full-time coordinators on staff. We deliver more than 800 babies a month, more than any other hospital in Texas, and care for more multiple births than any other hospital in the region.

To help new graduate nurses gain the experience needed to begin work in specialty areas, HCA Gulf Coast Division has a Nurse Residency Program. This program focuses on Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Critical Care Nursing, Women’s Services, ER, OR, Cath Lab and Behavioral Health.
